Fast And Dangerous
Fast And Dangerous offers ten different race tracks, which you have to play one after the other, however. The game begins with race track one in North America, then you move on to South America and on to the last race in Australia. What is particularly interesting about Fast And Dangerous is that you can put together your race car yourself. You have $ 1,000 in your account at the beginning and can go shopping at the store. As such, better tires that promise a better traction cost $ 300. A new engine costs at least $ 1,000. If you want a brand new car, which is available from $ 2000 upwards, you thus have to earn the money first. You this bet a part of your remaining money on a win. If you win, you get back five times the amount. You should thus see to it that you have money left over, otherwise you win nothing in case of a win. The car racing game Fast And Dangerous is also played using the arrow keys on the keyboard. The up arrow means throttle, the down arrow means break. And wit the arrow keys to the right and to the left, you can steer the racing car. The X button gives nitro and accelerates the car once again through a nitrous oxide injection. You must be careful, however, that you will not get kicked out of the curve. The control with the arrow keys might be fairly basic. But you do not have the best tires at the beginning and the first track is quite curvy with two long straights. You look at the race track from above in Fast And Dangerous from and always see the sections of the race track with your car on it. At the top right, you can see the complete race track and know which curve comes next. Here, your competitors are also marked as blue dots - you are red. On the bottom right, you will find a tachometer. However, you have no time to steal a glance at it, because the track really calls for all of your skill. Fast And Dangerous is an ingenious racing game - simple but well done, and the shopping at the store makes it all the more interesting.
